Job Responsibilities : Work from Home Sales Support Specialist (bilingual Spanish)

Met Connect established in 2018 is a sales retailer for companies such as Frontier Spectrum AT&T Direct TV and Windstream. We specialize in offering customers low-cost internet services with little to no money down.
We are bold fast-paced supportive and our goal is to sign customers up with FREE or reduced cost Fiber internet covered by the Affordable Connectivity Program.
As orders are submitted our Sales Support Specialist works efficiently to receive and process the order for our Field Representatives.

Our company is seeking an enthusiastic individual who is interested in helping our Field Representatives complete orders while also helping our community receive Free or reduced cost Fiber Internet. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team by processing orders as they are submitted. We want a candidate who’s ready to learn and work as a team.
- Be able to enter order information efficiently.
- Be able to problem-solve.
- Be able to work as a team.
- Be able to communicate with customers coworkers and management.
- Must have phone etiquette
- High School diploma GED or equivalent certification
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- At least 1 year customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
