Job Responsibilities: Operations Coordinator
Salary : $40,000 – $60,000 a year

Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from current or prospective customers
- Coordinate availability with staff (editors and advisors)
- Assign staff to new customers
- Help resolve problems with customers (not frequent, but a part of the job)
- Sort expenses in our bookkeeping system
- Run company payroll
- Run credit cards
- Respond to requests by mail
- Communicate with CEO about status of projects and other duties
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort with new technology (Stripe, Xero, Acuity Scheduling, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Very good written communication skills (able to craft effective prose; we’re an education company, after all)
- Prompt communication skills
- Ability to work with limited oversight
- Enthusiasm for life
