Job Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) – Must reside in VA
Salary : $17.00 – $27.16 an hour

Customer Service agent in Medicaid call center answering in-coming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits eligibility services prior auth requirements extra benefits and programs etc. Requires high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable use of WiFi is not permitted. Company provides equipment and training.
The sign on and retention bonuses are not applicable to current internal employees of CVS or Aetna.

Must reside in VA.
Medicaid call-center experience QNXT SUV PeopleSafe and other relevant systems ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form ability to meet performance standards attendance requirements and call quality goals.
Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficien
