As a Section Director your role is to support the manager of your unit by taking charge of a work team while optimizing work processes. You are responsible for the service offering and the development and implementation of your unit’s action plan.

You will provide coaching and support to a team of mortgage financing assistants assigning them tasks and activities and ensuring regular follow-up.

You will promote the development of talent and foster commitment by creating a positive and motivating work environment that values the participation and contribution of each team member in achieving the organization’s objectives.

You manage the individual performance of resources and contribute to problem solving through analysis and global knowledge of your business area.

You will interact with various business partners including HDFS Regional Managers and Mortgage Finance Managers Shared Service Center Managers etc.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations in the mortgage finance industry accountability for overall team efficiency continuous improvement of business processes and overall team effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
