Salary : $25 – $30 an hour

Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in accounting finance or similar.
- Must have proficient knowledge of Quickbook and Microsoft Office.
- Must have medical or patient billing experience.
- Must have a solid understanding of general ledger concepts accounting principles and corporate tax.
- Must authorized to work for a US employer without sponsorship.
- Effective written and communication skills.
- Experience in healthcare/medical billing is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; defining the bookkeeping policies and procedures.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations by assigned due date.
- Prepares financial reports P&L cash flow forecasting by collecting analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
- Prepare and process payroll through Gusto for W2 Employees.
- Manage & file required tax forms including W2 & 1099s.
- Handle payment dispute claims on Square.
