Job Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative – Call Center – Remote

Position Summary
A Call Center Representative answers and makes calls on a multi-line phone system in a positive respectful and professional manner. The candidate must be capable of operating multiple web based programs simultaneously in a fast paced environment. The applicant must maintain accurate patient/client records and be able to schedule a variety of different appointments in our EHR. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of answering incoming making outgoing and transferring calls as required on a multi-line system
- Knowledge of scheduling patient appointments
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize multi-task and operate multiple web based systems simultaneously
- Ability to access and comprehend information to determine eligibility and/or insurance coverage
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Create update and access confidential client data in company Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Ability to review emails and messages in multiple systems AND answer in a timely manner
- Communicates in an effective positive respectful and courteous manner with both customers and staff
