Job Responsibilities : Senior Lead Strategy & Planning Consultant

Role
- Act as an advisor to leadership
- Develop or influence highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions
- Provide principal level strategic consulting services to client organizations
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Deliver solutions that are long-term large-scale and require vision creativity innovation advanced analytical and inductive thinking and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges
- Partner with executive management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy then create and execute corresponding business plans and initiative
- Plan direct and control the formulate strategic business objectives for assigned business unit
Qualifications:

- Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.

Responsibilities
- Build and run ethnography program to gather workplace usage insight and to inform workplace strategy roadmap (including training partners to run ethnography efforts in order to scale)
- Build and manage process to convert workplace trends employee feedback and evolving business needs into requirements for targeted tests
- Work with HR Technology LOBs and furniture manufactures to incubate requirements and gather additional feedback prior to creating final requirements
- Influence the focus and priority of ongoing workplace ‘refresh’ projects to ensure that enhancements support research findings and feedback and are in alignment with the workplace roadmap
- Develop and communicate workplace usage guidance (e.g. when and how private offices should be assigned; how unassigned workers should use neighborhoods personal storage and common areas)
- Develop strategies to expand the Connects brand and concepts more broadly into the workplace
- Co-lead (with Employee Services leader) the strategy and implementation planning for incorporating amenities and services into the physical workplace
- Lead ongoing working group with HR Technology Sustainability Well Being and key LOB contacts to ensure that enhancements are integrated into the workplace in a manner that provides a seamless One-Wells Fargo experience
- Influence the design of employee digital experience while they are working remotely
- Develop deep understanding of Future of Work trends and distributed workforce and hybrid work strategies
- Use research and data to identify high potential areas of investment in workplace experience
