Responsibilities

• Create and drive long- and short-term sourcing and recruiting strategies to enable your team to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing screening interviewing evaluating and offer negotiating processes while advising your business partners along the way.
• Act as a credible business partner to stakeholders by advising on high-level decisions
• Provide productive feedback and direction to teammates and direct reports on best practices and processes
• Establish problem-solving partnerships with colleagues in other teams and support groups
• Use data to anticipate potential problems and address proactively with senior stakeholders
• Provide transparency to stakeholders on how things are progressing through regular and clear reporting
• Craft unique and creative sourcing strategies continually iterating to diagnose and design around pipeline challenges.

Skills

• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
