Responsibilities

• Build creative sourcing strategies to identify attract and engage candidates at all levels
• Research diverse talent pools and help craft the team’s inclusive sourcing strategy
• Develop training and resources to upskill recruiters’ sourcing techniques
• Leverage market research tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Hiretual to enhance talent identification strategy
• Lead a team of sourcers which will include giving day-to-day guidance and direction as well as performance management
• Measure effectiveness of strategies by leveraging LinkedIn reporting and ATS data through Visier
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hard-to-fill specialized leadership roles

Skills

• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with other sourcing tools a plus
• Experience using a CRM for sourcing is a plus
• A passion for identifying and engaging top talent and a track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill roles in a competitive hiring environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead impactful projects or programs
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with candidates recruiters and hiring managers.
• Familiarity and comfort with a data-driven environment. Ability to use metrics to guide decision-making.
