About this team

The lululemon cybersecurity team enables lululemon to conduct its global operations in a secure manner and safeguard the trusted information of its guests and users. This is accomplished by understanding business risk as manifested through cybersecurity and compliance risk and by maintaining a high degree of employee awareness of all security and compliance topics. This is a growing team that is responsible for ensuring our lululemon environment

A day in the life:

As a Vulnerability Management Engineer you will be responsible for managing our vulnerability management tools interacting with our infrastructure and development teams as well influencing leadership in security best practices. This role is critical to ensure we have a solid infrastructure to deploy our suite of applications and services.


  • 2+ years of vulnerability management experience
  • 1 year of experience with python automation
  • Experience running and maintaining vulnerability management solutions in a divers infrastructure
  • Experience deploying and maintaining infrastructure in Cloud Environments (AWS Azure)
  • Experience analyzing vulnerabilities and making risk based recommendations influencing leadership
  • Knowledge of CIS hardening guidelines
  • Endpoint and server patch management experiences is a plus
  • Experience mentoring people inside and outside security is a plus
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
