Job Responsibilities : Diversity Partnership & Pipeline Program Manager (Remote)

Program Design and Implementation: Create grow and monitor strategic partnerships and programs that enable VS&CO to meet hiring goals to increase the attraction and retention of women and POC. In collaboration with brand/function teams designs and executes strategies and implementation plans for diversity and inclusion initiatives including scope timeframe and audience.
Communications Strategy: Advises on external communications opportunities and brand building. Collaborates with the marketing team to develop a cutting-edge recruitment marketing campaign that includes media print and event promotion to build company brand awareness.
Project Management: Participates in leads and/or manages cross-functional teams. Develop metrics and evaluate the programs implemented to measure the success rate and candidates hired. Regularly communicate findings with leadership on which candidates are the most successful hires. Adapt talent pipeline programs as needed to improve placement and retention rates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations Human Resources Communications Women’s and Gender Studies Social Sciences Psychology or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that yields the minimally required competencies
