What you’ll be doing…
As a Technical Customer Service Representative you’ll combine your ability to solve technical issues with your desire to assist customers in our Support Fundamentals group. You will have a strong focus on device-specific troubleshooting in addition to voice and data products.
You’ll need to have:
- Willingness to work split shifts evenings weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service or sales experience.
- Meet all home office requirements and be located in the state of Texas.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- An Associate’s Degree.
- Previous technical support customer experience.
- Interest in learning new technologies.
