Job Responsibilities : Customer Support Representative for China (Remote)
Salary : $14 per hour

Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate with users in an online chat system providing users with complete and correct information or solutions
- Work in Zendesk online customer service system
- Create/update users’ subscriptions in the Admin Panel
- In case users meet issues avoid refunds providing efficient solutions
- Report on users issues in time to the Head of Customer Support
- Test the App updates to obtain the user’s experience and understand the product
Skills
- Good communication skills;
- Have fluent Mandarin Chinese (mothertongue or at least HSK5 (for foreigners);
- Intermediate English level;
- Education: Bachelor degree or above.
