Receipt and control of documents that includes:
Acknowledging of receipt of document through the system
Manual checking of documents to ensure that the information are complete and all documents are accounted
Arranging documents in prescribed batch and folder
Data Encoding/Data Cleaning
Arranging shipping / transmittal of documents going to the Central Office
Transcribe documents from dictated tapes.
Take notes at meetings with managers and others to create detailed texts.
Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Gather and organize typing material.
Typing speed and accuracy
Open to relocate to anywhere in the Philippines
Basic computer operation skills
Team player and good interpersonal skills
Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures
Efficient and pay attention to detail.
Can use computer software packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Are a good communicator.
Produce neat and well presented work.
Are discreet – much of the information you will be dealing with will be confidential.
