Job Responsibilities : Data Entry Administrator – Contract (Remote)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform various data entry tasks
- Create documents and convert to PDFs; save documents to specific folders and system locations
- Interact and offer output continuously within the team identify reportable issues and potential risk and communicate findings to management
- Compose emails to various internal groups and reply to inquiries in an efficient timely manner
- Organize prioritize and complete tasks within established time constraints and interact closely with various levels of staff and management
Qualifications:
- Must have your own computer and internet access
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively across various departments
- Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office specifically Excel Outlook and Access
