 Job Responsibilities

  • Full Cycle Recruiting
  • Partners with hiring managers on new opportunities to understand role requirements
  • Leverages company tools and resources to source best in class Technical Talent
  • Assesses candidates and reviews with hiring manager
  • Posts jobs internally and externally using company Applicant Tracking System and online job boards
  • Delivers “best in class” end-to-end candidate experience in initiating conversations with candidates, executing interviews, delivering feedback, and progressing candidates through the offer process
  • Headhunts passive talent
  • Conducts Teams Video / Phone and In- person Interview as needed to accurately assess candidate’s skills and experience overall fit for the business
  • Presents candidates to hiring managers highlighting relevant functional and behavioral qualifications for the position
  • Serves the central point of contact with hiring managers and candidates through the recruiting and hiring process
  • Ensures interviews and feedback are done timely.
  • Manages the process till job is closed or filled and all candidates dispositioned in accordance with OFCC reporting requirements
  • Schedules interviews with hiring managers/ interview panels
  • Coordinates with human resources, talent management and training as needed throughout the talent acquisition process
  • Extends verbal or contingent job offers depending on business and communicate important employment information
  • Effectively partner with internal with internal and external recruiters involved in the talent acquisition process
  • Ensure recruitment activities are comprehensively documented in the ATS, including but not limited to phone screen/interview notes, core competency classifications, compensation conversations, offers, other notes as needed
  • Collaborate with team members in sharing learnings & best practices, and pitching in when there’s workload imbalances – We help our TA colleagues in other lines of business from time to time
  • Run reports to help hiring managers gain clarity on their open positions
  • Support compliance with federal, state & local regulations (i.e., OFCC, EEO) as well as SitusAMC corporate policies and diversity initiatives

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree related to HR or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years end-to-end recruiting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to interface with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (including Boolean searching) and ability to engage talent in the marketplace
  • Negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate professional behavior, good organization skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Team player, capable of working independently, willingness to grow and learn
  • Strong business Acumen
  • Proficient technology skills in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Able to manage specials projects as needed
