Are you looking for your next opportunity working in Technical Customer Service? Look no further! ProAmpac is looking to add additional talent on the team, which works closely with customers on providing in-depth technical engagement and support. They will also work closely with internal departments (Sales, Product Development, Quality) in commercializing new and existing products. This is a remote position, but you’ll be traveling regularly to customers.

  • Develop relationships, engage with customers, and prioritize activities
  • Aids in onsite and/or remote assistance and resolution of technical issues and problems
  • Stays abreast of changes in the packaging machinery industry and technology
  • Leverage packaging machinery vendor relationships with customers when required
  • Read, understand, and follow work instructions and quality requirements to meet/exceed specifications
  • Effectively communicate with the rest of the CTS group to maintain a team environment and accomplish leadership goals
  • Demonstrates an appropriate attitude in all dealings with coworkers, customers, and suppliers


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge experience
  • 4 years of comprehensive work experience in flexible packaging technical service role or similar
  • Product or industry specific machine experience
  • Technically apt and knows how to leverage technology
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize based on data and leadership
  • Solid working knowledge of technical processes and related manufacturing
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
  • Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Able to travel upwards of 80% of the time
