Job Responsibilities: Enterprise Sales Support Rep
Salary : $39 – $40 per month

The Enterprise Sales Support Team directs and delivers strategic sales support for the most complex and most significant customers within Enterprise, Strategic Accounts, Federal Government, and State and Local Education (SLED) segments. The ESSR takes the lead on business issues, evaluates the necessary deliverables needed to address the business issue, implements any necessary changes, and accurately evaluates the impact on other areas. This position partners closely with Directors, Senior Managers, and Sr. Account Executives to deliver against account and segment growth targets, churn goals, and champion ideas and processes to a diverse audience. ESSR’s are responsible for end-to-end account management, QBR’s, pre-sale to post-sale product and service proposals, drives standardization of program and operational processes, complex customer and sales reporting, RPA’s, contract submission, and sales processing.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED
- T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
