The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through the sale of Adobe’s Customer Journey Management solutions. As an Account Executive you will drive net new revenue within an assigned account base.

The ideal candidate is someone with a “hunter” mentality who thrives on being on the front lines prospecting consultative selling closing deals and winning! The perfect candidate will achieve success through solution selling capabilities and direct face-to-face contact with the customer. Perform outbound prospecting activities to generate new business for Adobe’s Customer Journey Management solutions within an existing Adobe customer base.

Build develop lead and execute an account plan that serves as a success roadmap to help ensure expected results are delivered in a well-thought-out manner.

Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Handle coordinate collaborate and work with various cross-functional groups within Adobe (Product Marketing Legal Finance) to successfully manage the entire sales cycle.

Build strong lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.

Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions. What you need to succeed

A minimum of 5 years’ prior enterprise-level outside software sales experience preferably within web technology and/or digital marketing solutions.

Deep understanding of Adobe Campaign Marketo Journey Optimizer or similar solutions.

Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for Adobe’s solutions.

Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota.

Creative self-starter: ability to work independently.

Must have strong skills in the following: communication presentation skills negotiation organization and attention to detail.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law below is a summary of compensation elements for this role if based in New York City.

New York Starting Salary $234200 – $304100

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
