Job Responsibilities : Remote – Seasonal Tech Support/Customer Service Agent

What you’ll do:
- Troubleshoot resolve issues and address routine Tax Support customer questions
- Utilize government websites and toolkits to seek out and deliver the right answer
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues that do not have a known resolution
- Represent the TurboTax brand and spirit by demonstrating empathy empowering and partnering with the customer and providing them the confidence that they can do their own taxes
Required qualifications skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- General PC knowledge and comfortable using multiple screens
- Hard-wired internet connection and a quiet distraction-free workspace
- Schedule flexibility and a willingness to learn
- (1) stand-alone monitor: must have min. of 19 screen
- Internet speeds at a minimum of 3 Mbps upload 5 Mbps download
Desired qualifications skills and experience
Nice to have (but not required):
- Customer service background
- Experience with accounting and/or payroll
- An at-home computer setup
