Job Description
The following outline of a job description is to serve as a guide for expected job performance. It is not intended to limit individual initiative. The Company reserves the right to add or delete responsibilities. Weekend work will be required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Night time security of marina property.
- Security and safety of all persons on marina property.
- Safe operation of equipment supplies and tools.
- Hourly communication via radio with alarm security company.
- Light janitorial work in offices and washroom facilities.
- Nightly recording of water meter readings.
- Be a public relations ambassador in dealing with all persons on property.
Job Types: 3 days per week (Friday through Sunday)
Salary: $18.00 per hour
