As a Sales Operations Consultant you will join the Sales Content Oversight team and be primarily responsible for review and approval of multi-carrier marketing materials in support of UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare and Retirement business.

This position is full-time Monday – Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary given the business need to work occasional overtime or weekends.

Responsibilities of a Sales Operations Consultant on the Sales Content Oversight Team:

Joining the team responsible for documenting sales operations policies and procedures publishing sales agent and operations guides and resources and supporting the sales distribution team as a compliance subject matter expert will put you in good company to share your expertise in regulations that govern the marketing and selling of Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plans including being well-versed in the Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage key functions of the multi-carrier material submission and review process
  • Review and approve multi-carrier marketing materials
  • Consult appropriate subject matter experts in Regulatory Affairs Legal and Compliance
  • Develop relationships and establish credibility with key functional areas of the organization
  • Represent team in meetings and projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) OR 4+ years of equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience related to Medicare Advantage and Part D marketing regulations and guidelines
  • 1+ years of experience conducting compliance review of Medicare marketing materials
  • 3+ years of project and/or process workflow management
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Word (creating editing and publishing materials) Microsoft Excel (reading analyzing and sorting data) and Microsoft PowerPoint (creating slideshows) and PDF (reading and creating) documents

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience conducting compliance review* of Medicare marketing materials
  • Understanding of the HPMS filing requirements for marketing materials
  • Experience in a compliance-driven organization

Telecommuting Requirements:

  • Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
  • Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Colorado Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66100 – $118300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72800 – $129900.
