Job Responsibilities : Global Technical Support Engineer
Salary : $19 per hour

- Works directly with developers merchant and internal teams to provide technical support consulting and best practices.
- Communicate technical issues to merchants and internal departments.
- Identifies irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with products and services.
- Ability to diagnose and identify issues with API’s Code Services and Network connectivity.
- Become subject matter expert on Happy Returns product suite to be able to provide best practices to our merchants
- Help the retailer success team with onboarding new retailer customers
- Troubleshoot customers’ feedback and create appropriate bug or feature requests and help with prioritization of such issues with data
- Troubleshoot internal reporting and help with reporting requests
- Own the support escalation process
- Support internal stakeholders for building custom reports
- Maintain our internal SLA to our support team and keep them updated with the latest movements of each issue
- Investigate and interpret the data available and identify potential issues and bugs that should be addressed
- Help with managing our vendorsOwn the support escalation process
- Owning retailer configurations for our internal warehouse management system
- Owning Happy Returns support and help center in parallel with product marketing
