Job Responsibilities : Formulary Operations Clinical Pharmacist Job ID: 14235-25-622-002 (Remote)

Salary : $80000 per year

Location : Remote US

 Aid in preparation and maintenance of commercial formulary files which includes marketing
documents web-based search files etc.
 Research formulary and adjudication related issues and resolve them timely and appropriately
 Analyze impact reports to identify appropriate course of action for members impacted by formulary and adjudication
 Serve as the subject matter expert with regards to formularies for all internal and external stakeholders
 Ensure that the administration of the formularies is accurate with regards to adjudication of claims
 Other duties as assigned
 Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or Pharm.D.
 Must maintain an active pharmacist license in good standing in at least one state
 Bilingual in English and Spanish
 Knowledge and experience in formulary management strategies
 Ability to independently identify research and resolve issues
 An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent
communication skills
 A decisive individual who possesses a strategic focus as well as an operational implementation and detail oriented
 A strategic planner with sound technical skills analytical ability good judgment and strong operational focus
 Ability to work with peers in a team effort
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
 A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of supervision
 Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
 Ability to work extended hours weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
 Experience with informatics
Includes a typical office environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
