Job Responsibilities : Order Entry Administrator (Work from Home)
Salary : $17 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Element will train for all listed responsibilities
- Enter orders into the order management system. Review and interpret customer purchase orders to determine the requirements of the order
- Communicate with Customers to clarify order requests
- Effectively communicate via written and verbal instructions to downstream employees performing required work
- Work as a member of the Team to support operations and Customers to deliver high level of service
Skills / Qualifications:
- Positive attitude to keep focused on solutions for customers both internal and external.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word Excel Outlook)
- Ability to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple priorities
- Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
- Flexible schedule can be accommodated (example split shift off hours part time) work from home after training period
