We have an AMAZING role working for The Student Loans Company and are looking to find ENTHUSIASTIC candidates to support all students with loans and grants whilst their studying.

Details:

  • UK based – Work from Home (TP kit provided)
  • Ongoing start dates
  • Hours: 40 per week between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm Saturday & Sunday.
  • Salary: £19760
  • Training: Up to 12 days training 9am-6pm Monday – Friday. Full attendance is required.
  • ID: Passport or Birth Certificate National Insurance Number and Address Proof is required (dated in the last 3 month).

What do we need from you?

  • A good attitude and the ability to interact with lots of different people.
  • The ability to learn in a virtual training environment which requires focus and engagement from you with your Trainer and peers.
  • The ability to handle a variety of calls with resilience and determination.
  • The ability to actively listen to a Customer’s query search for the relevant information via our Knowledgebase system and be able to give this correctly to the Customer whilst ensuring their full understanding
  • The ability to multitask and navigate between multiple systems with speed and accuracy during your interactions with customers – Confident computer skills are important!
  • Flexibility great attendance and good time keeping to make sure you are available for our customers.

  • Additionally you’ll be advising of the next steps (timescales and what we need from them etc.) being that helping hand through the Student Loans Process.

Background Checks: We will need you to complete a UK Basic Criminal Records Check (We are looking at unspent convictions only) and a UK Credit Check (We are only looking at outstanding CCJs and Bankruptcy however may be able to work with applicants who are currently on a re-payment plan and making regular payments.) All background checking costs are paid for by Teleperformance.

Please note if you have lived/worked outside of the UK at any time in the last 5 years we will also need to conduct a Criminal Records Check and Credit Check for each country that you have lived/worked in. International checks can take a little longer to complete than UK checks therefore if you require international checks we wont be able to confirm your start date until these checks have completed. Don’t worry though we have multiple start dates available and will look to place you in the next available start date after your checks come back.
