Responsibilities
- Maintaining exemplary interpersonal skills such as exuding respect politeness and prudence to the whole Golden Tails community.
- Recording your available working hours and properly filing all leaves within a reasonable time period.
- Effectively communicating all issues/problems that may affect the business’ operations with the business founder and with the relevant pet sitters.
- Collaborating with all the pet sitters and making sure that they understand their unique roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborating with the business founder to properly develop and carry out relevant ideas.
- Take over instagram stories from time to time to share about your day as an office manager
Job Requirements:
- Be able to communicate in English orally and written
- Consider yourself detail oriented
- Be able to adhere to our smoke and drug-free work environment commitment
- Experience with social media to create content such as feed posts engaging stories & reels
- Sales experience will be highly considered with the purpose of helping company clientele grow
