The HR Data Specialist is a colleague-facing role that provides first level customer service for Human Resources data management. This position will provide ongoing personnel data expertise data quality auditing support and bulk data entry processing. You will act as the first level of data process expertise for Workday both in the US and globally. The HR Data Management Specialist will partner with the Workday Operations Team and members of the broader Workday team to advise on process improvement and enhancements to ensure ease and accuracy of personnel data maintenance.
  • Initiate review and approve daily Workday transactions as required
  • Manage inbound Service Now tickets and emails
  • Increase the efficiency and accuracy of transaction processing
  • Advises on process improvements enhancements and training opportunities based on data trends
  • Assists with routine audits and troubleshooting to correct and maintain accurate HR data within HRIS.
  • Provide excellent customer service and Workday data support for Clarivate colleagues.
  • Coordinates data issue resolution and escalates to the Manager Workday Operations where appropriate.
  • Educates colleagues on practices and tools including Workday to encourage colleagues and managers to resolve issues on their own through direct access while demonstrating excellent client service.
  • Maintains team SOPs to ensure accuracy as processes change
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficiency with data entry and issue resolution
  • Proficient with MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task in a high-volume environment
  • Solid sense of accountability and sound judgement; highest ethical standards and focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal collaboration written verbal and organizational skills
  • Hands-on style with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Data auditing experience
  • Front-end Workday experience
