RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coding and identifying incoming orders (via fax or email) in our system according to established procedure;
• Process daily in the system: orders / quotes for chairs;
• Distribute and/or process emails received in various inboxes;
• Validate data entry to ensure proper destination of the request;
• Process missing information if any by calling the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer satisfaction/need oriented;
• Ease of learning;
• Excellent ability to concentrate (processing a multitude of information);
• Office Suite;

Salary : $17.95/an hour
