Job Responsibilities : Customer Service Support Specialist

The Opportunity:
As a Customer Service Support Specialist you would serve as the primary support liaison between Roche and our customers. You will be responsible for providing phone support with customers and troubleshooting a new Antigen test for Covid-19. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining records in accordance with Roche Quality and FDA requirements. Hours of operation are 8:00am – 8:00pm EST 7 days a week.
Requirements:
- High volume call center experience 50+ calls per day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient computer skills including good typing skills.
- Proven ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
- Ability to develop expert product knowledge for areas of responsibility.
- Ability to positively negotiate with and defuse irate dissatisfied customers and maintain their confidence and loyalty.
