What you’ll do
- Craft the future of our Marketplace promotional products alongside your counterparts in Product, Tech, and Design.
- Synthesize insights collaborations to develop and deliver an overarching cohesive data story in order to influence product strategy
- Manage a team of Data Scientists, setting focus, strategy and priorities for the team’s work to improve influence and impact.
- Bring our users to the forefront, ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative data and insights are meaningful, so their needs guide us to the best solutions.
Who you are
- Experience leading insights teams passionate about informing the product development process through qualitative and/or quantitative methods.
- A proven background in Data Science with practical chops and are excited to jump into the work alongside your team when needed.
- Solid understanding of Data Science in an Ad Tech context
- Passionate about serving creators and improving the music economy for all.
- A user- and data-focused mentality. You understand the role and importance of qualitative and quantitative methodologies and when to deploy them.
