Job Responsibilities : Order Desk Specialist
Salary : $17 per hour

Responsibilities
- Customer order processing: receiving and checking commercial content of incoming orders from 3rd party customers (non-Philips OEM) as well as SPS
- Availability check of products incl. creation and monitoring of customer specific delivery plans to ensure on time delivery
- Scheduling of orders in cooperation with production capacity planning
- Order processing up until delivery in accordance to prescribed guidelines
- Close alignment with Sales Marketing suppliers and production planners especially with regards to (changed) delivery schedules
- First point of contact for any customer communication (outgoing orders service / repair issues returns)
- Maintaining regular reports on incoming orders deliveries & sales
Skills
- SAP (or comparable tool) knowledge with regards to order management & planning
- Basic knowledge / understanding of supply chain related processes in an international setting
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Commitment high resilience flexibility & team orientation
- High school diploma
