- Collaborate with leadership customers partners and stakeholders to move initiatives forward balancing competing needs and distilling a coherent strategy
- Lead high velocity Agile practices focused on results and engineering excellence
- Drive initiatives to implement SRE measurement best practices like SLOs and error budgets and evangelize those by partnering across PayPal business units
- Translate customer and stakeholder current and future needs into self-service products
- Lead with empathy and trust
- Coach and support engineers on the team with a strong focus on feedback and growth
- Emphasize engineering best practices iterative progress delivering value and data driven decision making
