The Patient Engagement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Patient Engagement team. The Supervisor will provide support to employees and coordinate work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements. The individual will support department leadership in scheduling and monitoring daily floor performance; identifying operational improvements; monitoring workflow and assigning tasks goals and objectives.
You are responsible for
Supervising designated Patient Engagement employees and assist with the daily activities of the department to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and customer experience
Scheduling time keeping performance management coaching mentoring and disciplinary actions of designated Patient Engagement employees
Assisting with interviewing hiring and onboarding/offboarding
Following/enforcing all company and HIPPA policy and procedures
Assisting with inbound and outbound patient calls as needed
You are part of
Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) is part of the Philips Connected Care business cluster. Philips BioTelemetry is part of the AM&D business and provides remote cardiac monitoring services for more than one million patients per year. Philips acquired BioTelemetry in early 2021. The combination of Philips and BioTelemetry results in a global leader in patient care management solutions for the hospital and the home a leading U.S.-based provider of remote cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
To succeed in this role you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
2+ years’ experience in a leadership role in a call center environment
Ability to thrive in a high-volume fast paced environment
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office/Excel
1+ years’ experience in a cardiology clinic (preferred)
Comfortable working Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
