Job Duties and responsibilities
- Uploading rentals to the company website operated through WordPress as well as other platforms like Centris and Kijiji
- Fill and complete transaction files through the back office platform NexOne Office
- Send applications to applicants and conduct a background check and credit verification for prospective tenants
- Draft leases renewal and notice letters
- Schedule service and repair calls
- Open files at the Administrative Housing Tribunal and complete necessary documents
- Draft and send emails to landlords and tenants on a variety of cases (i.e. onboarding inquiries complaints etc)
- Draft management mandates and brokerage contracts
- Draft and send invoices
- File RL-31 slips
- Attend Condo Syndicate meetings
- Bookkeep expenses and quarterly reviews
- Update and compile contact lists
- Post job ads and conduct interviews
Our qualifications and requirements – You are:
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and French written and spoken
- Driver’s license – Able to drive to the office located in Montreal-West or to Syndicate meetings in Montreal Laval and the South Shore region for 2-3 everyday of the week
- Reliable & Responsible – Show up on time be dependable by colleagues
- Professional – Communicate in a timely manner be patient and respectful to customers tenants and landlords
- Honest – Communicate any errors or challenges
- Time management & Multitasking – Prioritize and complete tasks that are critical and pressing
- Organization – Staying on top of tasks and
- Resourcefulness – Finding answers solutions and being independent
- Team player – Willing to take initiative when needed and demonstrate a positive attitude
Preferred qualifications
- Have experience with Google Drive (Sheets and Doc)
- Have experience with creating graphics on platforms like Canva
- Have experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp and Mailerlite
