First let’s start with what Hoist does. Hoist is a technology start-up that provides a better alternative to the traditional home services franchise by providing an easier route into entrepreneurship with a full suite of tools to start run and grow your own business. We help new business owners start their business train in the industry find customers for them and then surround them with experts to help maintain and expand on their success. Instead of the over six-figure net worth and highly selective recruitment sessions you can start a home services company with us at a very low cost and in under 30 days.

Second how is this role involved? When we find customers for the business owner we have a sales team reach out to the warm homeowner leads created for them and qualify them based on specific criteria that the business owner has created. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for someone who has the discipline to work from home but can maintain a high pace of outreach to warm leads who are looking to have a painter come out and give them an estimate. We have very high goals for the upcoming years and need to accommodate by recruiting new agents who can schedule these leads for a commission plus an hourly rate.

The job requires you to have your own computer and high-speed internet connection.

This position will be part-time within the hours ranging from 9 AM-9 PM EST on the weekdays and 11 AM-6 PM EST on the weekends that need coverage. We’re offering an hourly rate plus commission on each successfully qualified lead. There is a lot of room to grow internally as we continue to expand into other home services and increase the number of business owners we recruit.
