Job Responsibilities : HR Coordinator (Remote)
Salary : $19 per hour

Educational requirements : Bachelor Degree
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of the HR initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and new hires upon arrival
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and requirements pertaining to the management of HR to minimize risk and exposure to the company
- Assist with company events and initiatives including service awards and recognition programs
- Assist with administration of FMLA ADA and other leaves of absence
- Assisting with performance review and termination process
- Maintain employee records in the HRIS system UKG
- Assist with payroll summary and payroll related concerns
- Other HR process and HR capability support duties as assigned including participating in and leading HR project initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take direction from multiple team members and handle projects effectively from end to end
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential material
- Skilled use of an HRIS system or
Skills:
- Highly proficient in MS Office skills including Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task balance priorities and take direction from multiple executives
