We’re looking for a HR Reporting Analyst to support our HR Services Operations and Analytics (HRSOA) vision to be a world-class organization that delivers world-class operations. To be successful in this role we are looking for a strong collaborator to develop maintain and continuously improve reporting processes for the HR Operations and ensuring sustainability and efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will be supporting our operational team and larger HR initiatives by consolidating data updating charts and preparing reports. You will assess understand and reconcile gaps overlaps and apparent contradictions among and within reports and reporting tools. Additionally you will continuously review the report and data requirements and figure out best technology solution settle appropriate output format and distribution method.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report into the PAWS Reporting and Training Sr. Manager. You will be partnering across our reporting team and supporting priorities. Extended business partners will include our report and data requesters from all over Nike Inc.
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience education and training
- 2+ years’ experience with reporting data management and relational database preferably in HR & Operations
- Teammate with a positive attitude willingness to lean in on critical tasks and get things done
- Knowledge of tools and systems like Tableau Alteryx ServiceNow Spinifex SAP Smartsheets a plus
- Experience in training others to use technology systems a plus
Open to remote work except cannot work in South Dakota Vermont and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate. For employees based in Colorado this position starts at $67.500 per year. Information about benefits can be found here.
