We are looking for Business Development Consultants for our Right Management business line in Germany, United Kingdom, Norway and Switzerland.
The Business Development Consultant of Right Management Sales is responsible for sourcing and managing new sales pursuits of innovative HR solutions throughout the country. The role is an integral part of our newly launched Talent Solutions brand, which combines our RPO, TAPFIN MSP, and Right Management offerings to deliver innovative workforce solutions to our clients.
The role of the Business Development Consultant will be critical in growing engagement and managing relationships with customers across the country and provides an exciting opportunity to join an organization with an exceptional reputation as the world number one provider of Talent Solutions.
We are open to talk with candidates with a recruitment consultancy background who would like to pursue a career in the area of sales.
Responsibilities:
  • Establishing a pipeline of business opportunities across the country and work alongside the country Sales Director to develop and close these.
  • Developing business plans with the assigned accounts.
  • Supporting in preparing specific quotations and attending client meetings and sales presentations.
  • Negotiating contracts for new clients and existing clients in your area of responsibility.
  • Working with colleagues across ManpowerGroup to establish relationships with potential customers, manage the relationships with prospective clients through maintaining regular communication and acting as an advisor regarding complex workforce solutions offerings.
  • Utilizing ManpowerGroup CRM – Microsoft Dynamics to accurately record prospects and opportunities.
  • Regularly attending industry-relevant conferences and events.
  • Developing compelling value propositions for client presentations
  • Closing deals and ensuring effective transitions to implementation.
