Responsibilities
- Plot a course: You’ll be taught everything you need to know about shipping—no prior knowledge required!
- Splice the mainbrace: You’ll work collaboratively with your crewmates with a schedule that may include weekends evenings and some holidays.
- Fire the cannons: You’ll use your exceptional typing skills to write rapid-fire live chat responses to any customer that needs your help… and your friendliness & empathy will get you through even the saltiest ones.
- Uncover hidden treasure: You’ll teach customers how to best use Pirate Ship to save more of their loot.
- Ride the seas of change: You’ll be comfortable in a startup environment where there’s lots changing all the time.
- Sail from your port o’ call: You’ll be working from home but will connect with your crewmates throughout the day over chat voice and video through company-provided equipment.
