Your Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional service and quick resolutions to our clients through our support channels such as: email live chat inbound and outbound phone calls
- Troubleshooting event-related problems that arise
- Advocating for our customers by voicing their feedback internally and sharing your insights to relevant teams as the subject matter expert
- Event changes and payment issues ensuring that our clients experience a seamless planning and experience process
- Helping recommend specific events to our clients that fit their wants needs and budget
- Answering questions about events using internal tools to help Clients purchase
- Triage and manage inbound requests to prioritize your time
- Escalating and Coordinating with other teams internally as well as our hosts as necessary
- Develop and monitor event reports to determine when interventions are required to ensure a seamless customer experiences
