  • Responsible for managing your time, remaining patient, being tactful, understanding procedures, and communicating clearly.
  • Proactively share lessons, opportunities, and suggestions with leaders and managers to improve.
  • Must display a genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful personality, on and off the phone.
