• Supervise in the execution of the league’s match operations and security initiatives including match presentation as well as match and event security and accreditation
• Support the development and implementation of recognized supporter group regulation and its application.
• Compile the necessary information to ensure NWSL liability automobile and workers compensation policies are accurate year-to-year
• Help facilitate the development and enforcement of team compliance with the league’s operations competition and referee policies and procedures
• Serve as the main point of contact for the clubs for all inquiries related to operations and competition
• Manage elements of programming with the Professional Referee Organization (PRO) and processing of referee match reports
• Process and track team player and coach discipline and fines
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Has a strong professional and positive presence/image that represents the league both internally and externally

• Knowledge of the sport of soccer
