Job Responsibilities : BUSINESS OFFICE CLERK
Salary : $38,500 – $59,800 a year

Qualification
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience and training
- Successful completion of a basic skills test and a basic computer test
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Working knowledge of basic office procedures and operation of standard office equipment and machines
- Ability to accurately input and retrieve computer data. AS400 accounting software experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required particularly in AS400 and Microsoft Office products (Excel Power Point Word Google Suite etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Positively interacts with students parents staff administrators and daily visitors in person electronically and on the phone
- Processes accounts payable check runs
- Manage district purchase card function and Amazon Business account
- Provide assistance for implementation of proper internal control and accounting procedures
- Utilizes district procedures and policies for purchasing and cash handling
