This position is a 12 month fixed term full time position with a possible extension supporting our customers from 8:00am – 8:00pm EST 7 days a week. You will receive healthcare benefits PTO 401k holidays and sick time. This individual is expected to work 5 days a week and this includes weekend rotations.

Shift hours:

8:00am-4:30pm EST

9:00am-5:30pm EST

11:30am-8:00pm EST

The Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Support Specialist you would serve as the primary support liaison between Roche and our customers. You will be responsible for providing phone support with customers and troubleshooting a new Antigen test for Covid-19. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining records in accordance with Roche Quality and FDA requirements. Hours of operation are 8:00am – 8:00pm EST 7 days a week.

Who You Are:

• Associate’s degree or 5 years previous customer service experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• High volume call center experience 50+ calls per day.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Proficient computer skills including good typing skills.

• Proven ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner.

• Ability to develop expert product knowledge for areas of responsibility.

• Ability to positively negotiate with and defuse irate dissatisfied customers and maintain their confidence and loyalty.

For Colorado-based applicants the expected salary range for this position is $46900 – $87100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications and other job-related factors permitted by law.
