Job Responsibilities : Collections Representative

The Role
We are a fast-growing well-funded startup looking for a highly motivated individual to be the eyes ears and face of Mia Share to our students from trade and technical schools located across the United States. Your primary role is to handle all communication with our students. This manifests itself in two ways:

Inbound communication: You will be the first person responding to emails calls texts chats and other methods of communication from our students. This may include application questions contract explanations technical questions and more.

Outbound communication: You will be the person reaching out to students on a daily basis for a multitude of reasons. Primarily it will be your role to follow SOPs in order to help delinquent students get back into compliance through student-friendly communication and processes.

- Bachelor’s degree required and experience with Slack Notion Hubspot Zendesk and other tech solutions is a plus.
