Responsibilities
- Lead the Content Operations team made up of operations and policy specialists across Creator Discovery and Monetize focus areas
- Provide policy and operations support for the Talk Mission’s internal teams as they launch new products and features to support Video Live and Podcast creators
- Write and publish internal and external policies that enable creator onboarding amplification and monetization
- Build optimize and streamline new and existing workflows that allow Talk Mission to rapidly onboard new creators surface quality content to users enable creator monetization
- Advocate for and implement product and operational improvements that allow for the scale of support to match the speed at which we operate
- Hire and build out a team of specialists across R&D-focused policy and operations initiatives
