Each year we hire approximately 45 seasonal camp staff for our summer camp season. There are 30 cabin counselor positions 6-7 nursing positions 4-5 kitchen staff a photographer CIT director and a maintenance assistant. Most of our staff positions require applicants to be 18 years of age or older. However we do have a few support staff positions for 16 and 17 year olds.

We begin accepting applications and scheduling interviews in the fall and typically have all of the positions filled by the end of March. We will continue accepting applications until all positions have been filled.

Before the first campers arrive staff participate in 2 weeks of staff training. Staff training includes staff bonding emergency drills CPR and First Aid training role-playing planning for programs practicing how to lead activities setting up program areas and cabins and getting prepared for the best summer ever.
