Job Responsibilities : Helpdesk Manager, Internal IT

Role & Responsibilities
- manage the delivery of frontline IT support for the business of Etsy including onboarding offboarding fulfillment/break/fix for hardware and software end-user training inventory/shipping/receiving user access requests and others.
- serve as a point of contact between the Helpdesk team and internal partners building positive relationships and demonstrating an ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- help your team identify opportunities for reducing toil and avoiding technical debt to reduce operations load on the team.
- provide technical guidance to the team as they work to establish their own engineering practices build automations that directly mitigate repeatable challenges and advocate to increase process efficiency related to those systems across Etsy worldwide.
- create maintain refine monitor measure and evaluate success of key metrics and regularly report on those.
- document procedures policies technical instructions and other processes.
- work in an agile environment participating in sprint planning delivering work and contributing to a retrospective.
- support and lead projects as needed
