Job Responsibilities : Human Resources Assistant
Salary : $16 per hour

- Provide administrative support to HR Department
- Manage unemployment verification and claims process
- Labor hours PTO accident reports and training records are all track through data entry and issuance of reports.
- Prepare reports presentations and policies for internal communications
- Produce statistical analysis for EEO reporting and tracking.
- Maintains human resources records with entering and updating a variety of information for employees by recording the hiring transfer termination change in job classifications and merit increase dates as well as tracking vacation sick and personal time.
- Assist with entering employee changes in Paycom by submitting PAF’s for final approval by Sr. HR Generalist
